HI Everyone,
I currently work as an Instructor at Kansas State University in the department of Food, Nutrition, Dietetics and Health. I am also the clinical RDN for a critical access hospital, Clay County Medical Center, in Clay Center, Ks. At K-State, I teach MNT and am also the Director of our Guatemala Education Abroad program where students spend 6+ weeks volunteering with service organizations in the Lake Atitlan region of Guatemala. It's an honor to help students and others make connections in Guatemala to use their knowledge and skills to serve the Maya people!
