Nutrient Charts--Central America (Spanish)

These posters can be used in group discussions/classes to explain the concept that some foods are high in a particular nutrient and some are low. Thus a person may want to eat more or less of certain foods to improve nutritional status. Posters show the foods high and low in key nutrients in a very visual format. Designed to be copied in 11" x 17" format but can be made smaller if desired.
